Once your order is paid, it's validated with the brand or our logistics partner, and modifications are no longer possible.

Refunds typically take 1 to 2 weeks from the date the returned package is received at our warehouse or the brand's warehouse.
If return is allowed you have a legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return your products.
