Maison Safqa Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days, starting from the day your order was delivered, unless specified otherwise on the product page. We kindly ask you to be careful when trying on your items and return them in the same condition you received them. Exchanges are not allowed.

Thinking about returning an item? We’ve made the process straightforward for you.

Here’s what you need to do:
1. If you have an account, go to My Account
2. Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s)
3. Select each item and your reason for returning
4. If you placed your order as a guest, please send us an email at team@maisonsafqa.com and we will come back to you
5. Place your item in the original package and attach the return label to it

We recommend that you return using the package in which your order arrived.

If you are unable to do so, please use another suitable package.

Need a refund?

We also offer the option of credit store refund. We kindly ask you to contact the Customer Team to facilitate the process for you.

Once your return has been received by the brands, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
